Bartolus Attorneys-at-Law is specialized in the investment management sector. We aim to act as legal business partner for companies in the investment management sector and to assist them in addressing financial regulatory issues.
We provide asset managers, pension fund managers, family offices and investment funds with quick, clear and practical legal advice on regulatory issues.
We also support them in various contract negotiations. If required, we will advise them in conflict situations and in dealing with (potential) claims efficiently.
The name of our firm, Bartolus Attorneys-at-Law, is inspired by Bartolus de Saxoferrato, an Italian scholar from the 14th century. He was one of the first lawyers to give a practical application to the law.
